Mark Wondrach was recommended to me by a business associate from our IT Department. I had been having some problems with my home computer and had sought his advice.

The job wasn't a big one:
- rebuilding Windows 95 on an old computer that had crashed
- adding some much needed RAM
- networking this computer to a second much newer machine
